STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  1. CINQ Your Edge is a division of Ranch Distribution Inc (“CINQ”)
  2. By issuing a purchase order based on a CINQ quote, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions herein. Prices provided by CINQ for a quote are applicable for 15 days from the date of the quote.
  3. Order acceptance is subject to credit status.
  4. Minimum order quantity of 16, unless otherwise specified in the quote provided by CINQ.
  5. Freight Terms
    1. For orders delivered within Canada
      1. Orders totaling 32 units or less will incur a $50CAD flat-rate freight cost.
      2. Orders totaling more than 32 units will be quoted, never to surpass 10% of the order
    2. For orders delivered within the USA
      1. Orders totaling 32 units or less will incur a $75USD flat-rate freight cost.
      2. Orders totaling more than 32 units will be quoted, never to surpass 10% of the order
  6. Payment terms are Net 7 days from the date of delivery. A monthly service charge of one and a half percent (1.5%) will be applied against any unpaid balance after the applicable 30 days.
  7. Accepted Payment Methods
    1. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Payments can be made directly to our bank account via EFT. Bank details will be provided upon request.
    2. E-Transfer: Payments can be made via Interac e-Transfer to our designated email address, which will be provided upon request.
    3. Credit Cards: We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.
  8. MSRP/MAP Policy
    1. List price for consumers may not be lower than $189.99CAD / $139.99USD
    2. Four (4) times per year, CINQ reserve the right to notify retailers of a promotional period, never to exceed 7 calendar days, and 25% off retail price.
  9. Changes to an order already accepted by CINQ may result in additional fees. In the event of a request for change to a pending order, sufficient details will have to be provided in a timely fashion. CINQ will then advise the client of the costs arising of such changes as soon as possible. The client will then have 30 days to accept such additional costs failing which the request for change will be non-applicable.
  10. Cancellation of an order will be subject to charges by CINQ and/or its suppliers.
  11. All goods received from CINQ must be examined immediately upon arrival and any claims arising from damage in transport or to the nonconformity of the goods delivered in relation to the order must be communicated to CINQ within 5 days of the date of delivery.
  12. Warranties and Returns
    1. Warranties vary with each manufacturer represented by CINQ. Standard manufacturers’ warranties apply unless otherwise specified in the quote provided by CINQ.
    2. CINQ will be responsible for returning defective goods to the manufacturer or having such goods repaired within the warranty period. If there is a claim for defective goods within 30 days of delivery, all transportation cost will be incurred by CINQ. In the event that a claim for defective goods is made more than 30 days after delivery, CINQ shall incur only the transportation cost for the return to the client of the repaired or replaced good.
    3. A Return Authorization issued by CINQ’s customer service must accompany all goods returned, including those returned under warranty. CINQ is under no obligations to accept goods returned without prior return authorization.
    4. Return/restocking approval will only be considered for current standard products and within 30 days of delivery.
    5. Returns will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee on the sale price of the returned goods. All transportation costs incurred by CINQ and associated with a return will be charged to the buyer.
    6. The buyer is responsible to ensure that the returned goods are adequately packaged and insured against damage and loss arising from transportation.
    7. CINQ is under no obligation to honor the warranty on an item that has been damaged, altered, or tampered without the permission of CINQ. CINQ is under no obligation to replace or restock an item that has been damaged, altered, or tampered with.
    8. CINQ accepts no liability for consequential or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of the goods sold.
  13. Conditions set forth in a Purchaser’s order are binding only insofar as they do not conflict with the above CINQ’ conditions of sales. In the event of a conflict, the CINQ’ conditions of sale shall prevail.
  14. Estimated delivery dates are on a best effort basis only on the part of CINQ.
  15. Samples:
    1. To assist customers in evaluating our products, we are happy to provide a sample upon request.
    2. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for the sample to ensure a hassle-free experience.
    3. If you decide to place an order after evaluating the sample, you are welcome to keep the sample, and it will be included in the invoice with a 100% discount.
    4. In the event that you choose not to place an order, we kindly request that you return the sample. Please ensure that the sample is returned in its original condition.
    5. If you decide to keep the sample without placing an order, an invoice will be sent to you at our typical wholesale pricing.
    6. By adhering to these guidelines, we can maintain a fair and transparent sample policy that benefits both our valued customers and our business. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these procedures.
